			<description><![CDATA[Reiser has been promoted to general manager of NASCAR Nextel Cup team operations for Roush Fenway. Bolin took Reiser&#039;s place on the pit box earlier this year after NASCAR suspended Reiser for four races for rules infractions discovered during inspection before the season opening Daytona 500. Though Reiser is the only crew chief Kenseth has worked with in the Cup series, the driver believes the transition will be seamless. &quot;I&#039;m not really worried about it at all,&quot; Kenseth said. &quot;Actually, right now at this point, we have a lot of depth in the 17 team.
